About Us

Impact Sales Solutions, Inc. brings with it over 50 years of newspaper circulation and advertising experience through the senior management team of John Fortner, and Mike Gaither, both having held multiple Circulation Director positions, as well as Advertising experience. With this background, our goal is not to sell you services or programs, it is to work with you strategically to achieve your goals in sales, retention, churn reduction, customer service, research, and overall circulation and advertising growth.

 

In recent years, the call center industry has seen significant changes.  Technology has led to predictive dialers while increased regulation and a National DNC list has reduced databases on an average of 30%. 

 

Throughout the turmoil we have remained steadfast in our providing industry leading customer service, subscriber acquisition and retention programs.  We were one of the very first companies to install predictive dialing equipment and were a beta site for one of the dialer companies which at that time ran on Commodore 64 computer!  We have, in many cases, led the industry technology growth by requesting various upgrades which were later integrated into the main stream arena.

 

The data mining and database manipulation programs that we have developed are unmatched by our competition, and, in fact, in many cases, we actually manage our client’s databases.
