¨ Down time—We have had no down time due to equipment or unforeseen issues. In terms of routine maintenance, we schedule that at off hours so that there is no interruption of service.

¨ We have 24 hour technical support for all hardware and software, as well as our FTP sites. This includes both local personnel and our support from our providers.

¨ DNS policy. We adhere to all National and State DNC policies, as well as the policies for individual newspapers. As part of that, we return DNC requests to the newspaper weekly unless specified otherwise.

¨ Security Policies- In terms of building security, we are monitored 24 hours a day through our state of the art security system to secure our building and hardware. We have redundancy and multiple backup in all of our systems, hard drives, and networks. From a file transfer perspective, we offer secure FTP sites and multiple encryption methods for payment information and can set up automatic downloads

¨  TCPA Compliance- We adhere to all requirements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

¨ Secure files- We can set up a secure FTP site for you or use your site. As part of that, we use multiple types of encryption software for file transfer of sensitive data.

¨ All payment information is secure in our server and can be sent in multiple encryption formats for file transfer. We work in whatever method the newspaper requires.

¨ In terms of call escalation, our policy is one call resolution, both for subscriber/ potential customer and a client. As mentioned, this is ingrained by our circulation background and an inherent component of our business model.
